wetheurban: LANA DEL REY FOR H&M Yep, you read it right! Lana Del Rey has landed her first global modeling campaign as the international face for H&M. Donald Schneider, H&M’s creative director said the photo shoot (by Inez & Vinoodh) was “inspired by our fall collection,” adding “The mood is very L.A. noir.” Del Rey has also recorded a cover of the 1950’s song Blue Velvet for a short film to be released on September 19 via hm.com, which will then be edited to become H&M television commercials.
